Graduated in chemistry at the Technical University of Darmstadt and received
his doctorate from the university of Frankfurt/Main in the field of molecular
biology for research at the Max-Planck-Institute for Biophysics.
After three years working experience as laboratory manager in a biotechnology
company he moved to a career in Intellectual Property in 2000 and has worked
in all aspects of this field, particularly in chemical engineering, biochemistry,
organic chemistry and inorganic chemistry.
